Euclid Vet Hospital's Response to COVID-19

In an effort to reduce risks to our clients, staff and doctors, Euclid Veterinary Hospital is limiting the number of people that are allowed in the building by providing no-contact pick-ups and appointments. NOTE: We ask that you please remain patient while we make every effort to reopen our doors. 

No Contact Medication/Food Pick-up

  1. Request refill via phone, email or through the new PetPro Connect app at least 24-hours prior to pick-up

  2. Call when you get here

  3. Payment will be taken

  4. Receipt and food/medication will be brought out to the parking lot

No Contact Appointments

  1. Request appointment via phone, email or through the new PetPro Connect app

  2. Call when you get here

  3. Receptionist will instruct you when to place your pet in the drop-off location

  4. After pet is placed in the drop-off location, return to your vehicle.  The doctor will call you when they begin their exam to discuss issues/questions/findings.

  5. After the appointment is completed, the receptionist will discuss payment, scheduling any follow up appointments (if needed) and will let you know when your pet will be placed back outside in the drop-off location.
